i had these two pairs of tights that my daughter loved, but that were too short. inspired by this tutorial at make it and love it (in turn inspired by this other tutorial), i turned them into two fun, colorful, ruffly pairs of leggings.
there's this pretty simple version...

they're really a breeze to whip up. a little lettuce hemming goes a long way! for full details, take a gander here on my blog!
