Same blouse different look

I forgot to take a before picture of this blouse, but it was exactly like this one (except for the colour)

which I altered in this post.  

I took it in as before, and shortened the sleeves and hem, but this time I also altered the neckline.  I cut away this piece from around the neckline

 made some bias binding out of one of the cut off sleeves, which I used to bind the new neckline, so that it ended up like this
