Well hello there!
I liked the warm floral print and the white piping around the neck, and at $2.50ish it was definitely worth rescuing. It wasn't too billowy or too long, making it a great candidate for an "easy" project.
I started by removing the sleeves. I decided to just cut them off using shears. (No need to get fancy with the seam ripper.)
Snip, snip, snip!
Once the sleeves were off, I cleaned up the edges around the piping and finished under the arms using white single fold bias tape.
Almost done!
After that, I gave the dress a quick press, and called it a day. Easy, right?
Easy peasy!
Throw on a belt and some sandals and I have an easy breezy outfit for the weekend! Now if I could only decide what to do this weekend...

You are an inspiration! I love all of your redos. Can you teach me patience with sewing? If I had patience, I would do it. Your vision is also amazing.
