Continuing my effort to try to refashion two garments per week this month I fixed up this skirt over the weekend. I found it at a thrift store a couple of weeks ago for just 99 cents – Can you believe it?! The top, which is actually a dress, is also thrifted and cost $3.99, making this outfit a whopping $4.98

You look fantastic mixing the floral print with a stripe shirt. I think I would like an idiot if I did that ... I need courage and confidence for that.
Yes better shorter and you can't beat the price tag.
