This item was cool as a dress, but it was a little much for me personally, so of course, I went at it with scissors. At first I was just gonna make it a crop top, but then I realized the star buttons actually were (somewhat) functional, and so a vest it became.

It's easy to go overboard on patriotic clothing. Great job toning down the dress! It makes a really nice vest. Any plans for the rest of it?
