Hey Kelley I LOVE you refashion but I can't figure out how you did it. From what I see you cut the circles from the skirt of the dress to make the ruffle. Then in the final picture the skirt looks fine - no holes. Where did the holes go or how did you fix them? Thanks!

Hi, KL. At the beginning of my post, I state that, because the dresses were so inexpensive, I bought two: one to butcher and the other to embellish (with the butchered dress) and wear.
