This is actually 2 refashions! I made my little girl an outfit and used an old sweater and a pair of holey leggings.

Unfortunate that the sweater couldn't work for you, but lucky little lady because she's ever so cute in her new sweater vest! And I have to say the shorts under the skirt are a must and I wish more moms made their girls do it! Great refashions :)
