The Pumpkin Pie Shirt: No Sewing Needed

Good Morning Refashion Co-op. It's Chickie with a quick no-sew project.

It is close to my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving. That means pumpkin pie. The color of this shirt is a beautiful pumpkin pie orange. It is an extra large men's T.

First, cut around the bottom of the shirt just above the stitching. This will be the cord or tie around your waist. Make one cut in it so it is one long piece.

Second, cut off the arms, the neckband and round off the bottom of the shirt.

Third, make very small holes on the far side of your shirt on both sides. Just try it on and look in the mirror to see where you want to tie the cord around yourself.

You can make this a high empire waist, go for your true middle, or use the cord low on your hips. That's it, you're done!

Thank you for reading. For details about the applique detail on my back (that does require some sewing) go to I Can Work With That

Your top looks great. From the finished picture it looks much fancier than a tee shirt.
