I thrifted this long turtleneck sweater dress for a few dollars a couple of months ago. It's too long on me (ankle length) and the turtleneck is too tight for my short neck. So I chopped off some of the length (to the knee) and the turtleneck. I added a wine colour neckline from remnants of a previous refashioning project. Voila! Another simple sweater dress refashioned!

The wine coloured neck edging looks great. You did a really good job of adding it so neatly. This looks as if it is now a very wearable dress.
