Greetings refashioners! It is now turtle time! Well turtleNECK time! :) I found this lovely turtleneck at a thrift store for $0.99. I loved the colors and the slight gold twinkle in the fabric. I actually hated the actual turtleneck. It is just kind of there!
I found my inspiration on Anthropologies website, however the price was literally 100X more than what I paid for my shirt!
But the fabric could be twins. :)
I simply started by folding the shirt in half and cutting it on an angle up to the collar.
Then I took it in a little on the sides and fixed the arm holes.
Then I made a tube and attached it to the back of the neck and voila! Done! Paired it with a pair of white pants I have a great summer outfit!
I absolutely love this top now!!! I also love that it has a twin on anthropologie! Click here for a little more information on my blog.
Happy Tuesday Refashioners! :)
XOXOXO,
LaLaLauren

Oh I love this refashion! How did you finish the arm holes - with an overlocker?
Wow-- you couldn't have gotten a better fabric match. Anthropologie really is a great refashion inspiration source!
That's beautiful. I feel a copycat coming on... :)
Great look-a-like!
