This refashion is from a few weeks ago... fairly quick and simple! I started out with this:
I really loved the pattern and fabric of this thrifted dress, but it was just too big for me. So I put it on inside out, marked my waist, hips, and bust, and then just sewed a new side-seam curving along that line. With a belt, the dress then became this:

It looks so elegant! I regularly do this kind of a re-sizing refashion and I don't always know if it's worth a post (I just made it smaller, didn't I?) but yours definitely is because you changed the whole silhouette!
