I know, I know...sweater to bolero (or shrug) refashions are old news but this one has a twist: a lovely high Victorian-style collar!
It's quick re-do of an old chunky knit turtle neck & it came out so well I thought I'd share the how-to with you! *There's also a bonus cowl tute at the end =O)
