Sorry I haven't got a before photo.
This tee shirt had a few tiny holes in the front, so I used reverse applique to apply some flowers and leaves. All the holes were together so one flower would have done the job but I added more so that it looked as though it was meant to be.

I love the use of reverse applique - looks very pretty and more effective than straight forward applique.
