Ivory Sequin Dress Refashion

I was given a dress that was in the process of being let out and having panels added. It was in a sad state.

 

First, I took out the added panels, and then took in the sides and the back.

 

Then I added a box pleat to the front slit and added a pleated band to the bottom for a hem. To see how to add a box pleat to a slit, see my sewing tutorial.

 

It wasn't much work for a really pretty dress.
