Before: A flared/A-Line dress with button-up bodice.
After : A Body-skimming column dress
This was an easy fix as I don't have much to alter. The upper bodice had a snug fit, so I left that intact. I took in few inches of the side seams to make a straight narrow shape. Then, I ripped the sleeves off and finished the raw edges with bias tape (made from the sleeves).
It really is just that simple!

Great, your dress looks good without the sleeves. Sometimes its the smallest changes that make the biggest difference!
