quick fix for a cold day

I was looking for something to do on a cold wet day!
I bought this top on a whim, because it was very cheap. But I didn't wear it, mainly becuase the collar was too weird and big.
I also wanted to try to lengthen the sleeves if possible.

I was able to remove the collar and added a tie to keep with the look. I did try to leangth the sleeves but couldn't get a nice length, so i just refinished them a bit.
Now at least I might wear it. Not to day though, freezing and raining here in Sydney!
