Sometime the dress is just too Tight!

I purchased this brand new with tags (and totally vintage!) dress for .50cents. I was giving a really big speech in it and knew that I would be really nervous. The dress fit but was uncomfortably too tight everywhere! It zipped up...if I didn't breathe!

I let some of the seams out on the top, cut the skirt off and then used the inside lining of the skirt to make it fuller and more breathable :)

The lining was shiner than the other fabric but it gave it a bit of fun and sparkle!

Really cool transformation! I love that just letting seams out helped sort out the top, because the shape is so pretty! Love this color as well, good job!
