Navy Peony

This faux suede blazer was feeling a bit blah

I popped the collar and moved some buttons around to give it a new look

Come check it out on my blog!

Yep, I did the same 1 1/2 years ago in Berlin, where I suddenly needed some 'more elegant jacket': oversized ridiculous old fashioned jacket made of shiny yet lightweight fabric; revers/Collar over (like you did); added some 'bling buttons' (from elsewhere where THOSE looked old fashioned ^^!) ) and added some 'lace loops' (like 'epaulette style' which they considered fashionable over there right at the time ) and off I was!
Best of all: since it was veeery lightweight and even 'crinkle style' I could even stash the entire jacket into a ball and into my handbag (= not even suit case size ;-) !)
A yeah I forgot: I was entirely over the moon to have found some Op shop there, which catered well for my temporary needs without sewing machine for any amendments at hand:
a) helped in 'situations'
b) still kept me busy creating 'something of nothing' without sewing machine (= paradise!)

Loving greetings.
