Hello refashion co-op!
My sister in law gave me a dress for my daughter which had some stains on front side.
I wanted to cover them so I used pom pon trim to make a cloud and sequin trim to make the rain.
This is so cute! I bet she loved it. Everyone loves a little sparkle right? That was a clever way to save the dress too. Chickie
