Men's Shirts Dress Refashion

I made a dress for myself out of not one men's shirt but three. I used one for the bodice and two for the skirt. I was able to keep two pockets in the front. I also added gathered sleeves with cuffs. It was really fun to keep as many of the original details as possible, so you could tell it was from a men's shirt.

I used one of the extra buttonhole plackets as the waistband.
I even wore this dress the night I got engaged! I loved having a new special dress for a special night. To see more check out my sewing blog.
