Take one top which is too short for this little black duck, and a pair of shorts that didn't fit comfortably. Open up the shorts, and sew inside the hem of the top and there you go, a groovy, mismatching combination that can serve as a top for mum, or a cool dress for my nine year old.

Please note- the hem looks wonky for some reason- in real life it isn't.
