The Seeing Spots Dress

Hello Refashion Co-op. I found this cute dress at a clothes swap. I loved the colors and the design until I put it on. The dots are overwhelming and they could make you dizzy.

I removed the skirt and used the circle shape to make an infinity scarf. The dots are nicer in a smaller piece of clothing. It was super simple, just snip, snip.
