Wow! This it my post no. 200!
Hvis was one of my favourite blouses, but my breasts have gotten larger, and I couldn't fit into the blouse anymore. 
Mid front the blouse has a sort of a flounce, without flunce(?). It is difficult to see in the patterned fabric, maybe it is easier to see here.
I ripped the mid front seam and unfolded half of the "flounce", which gave me an extra 8 cm (3 5/32" ). And then i stitched the blouse back together.
I had originally planned to rip the seam of the "flounce" by the neckline too, but it happened that it looked good to leave it, now turned, when I folded the "flounce" out.
