Hello Refashion Co-op. Today is the 4th of July and this t-shirt seemed perfect for the day. It was a big and shapeless men's shirt. It was fun but I thought it could be cuter.
I cut the sleeves and shoulders off at an angle and I cut the neck straight across.
I also cut the lower hem and stitching off.
I folded the sides in and stitched them down. I then made a casing across the top. The back is done exactly the same.
I threaded the cut off strip of fabric through the casing in the front and back and tied a bow on the shoulder. The neckline is so adjustable it can be made to fit perfectly.
Thanks for reading this post, for more pictures and details go to I Can Work With That.
