The Fancy Sweatshirt

Hello Refashion Co-op. How are you doing? Are you under a "stay-at-home" order? I am where I live. That means a lot of stress for everyone. I really hope you are well. I am home and I have more time to sew and that is what I am doing because it is soothing and calming for me.

I had this simple dark gray sweatshirt. There was nothing wrong with it. This sweatshirt was plain and that made it perfect for refashioning.

(And there is nothing wrong with wearing sweats or pajamas the whole time we are all at home either. You do what works for you.)

 Here is part of my stay-at-home crew. 

 I used these SHORT shorts I found at a clothes swap and some ribbon to dress up the sweatshirt.

I added a ruffle to the hem of the sweatshirt and used the ribbon to dress it up even more. It was cozy and comfortable for my daily walk.
