diy off shoulder shirred top with sleeves from skirt

 

I found my inspiration for this shirred top with sleeves on Assos. I really like the shirring idea as it can change non elastic fabric into very fitting. To sew this top I used thrifted large skirt in pretty dotted pattern. The fabric was 100 % non elastic so it was perfect candidate for shirring
