Refashioned t-shirt shirt and pants

I made this outfit out of two of my shirts and one of hers. This is very very easy. I am currently working on my blog and will have a tutorial up shortly.

Nook Case!

I decided for Christmas I would make my sister something, but what? I live in New York and she lives in Seattle... So it would need to be something small. While searching the Internet I came across nook/kindle cases, score! My sister has a nook! :) so off on my adventure, finding fabric and everything for the case.... Btw I am very new at sewing so it was a big challenge!

I didn't take step by steps pictures like I should have but here is how it turned out and she loved it!

Mommy's shirt-to-Kayde's leggings!

I found this shirt in my awaiting refashion pile. And thought it would be great to make leggings for my daughter!
Super easy! I just used a pair of leggings that we already have and used them as a pattern.
