refashioned fashionable high waisted leggings from old skirt
Who doesn't like leggings ? I don't know such person ! They are perfect for almost all body figures, extremely comfortable and fashionable. There are also very easy to sew, perfect for begginers :-)That's why I did tutorial how to make them from old skirt but you may use any other fabric, the one condition is , it must be stretch fabric ;-)
It's also important to make a pattern for them first , but don't worry it's very easy as well.

Love,
Once More
It's the first day of Dressember! I'm excited to be doing this project again and I pulled out a summer dress to winterize.
Come Check it out on my blog!
The 3-D Floral Top
Hello Refashion Co-op. I made a bright cheerful top to combat the cold rainy day I am having here. My inspiration from Pinterest can be seen here.
I started with a plain white mock turtleneck. I cut the neckband off. I hate turtlenecks, they just want to strangle me.
I used this shirt and cut out red circles. I stacked them up to make vaguely floral shapes.
I got some shiny black buttons out to use as the center of each flower. I attached the flowers with needle and thread.
After I attached the flowers I used this paint to draw stems on the shirt.
It was difficult to keep the lines perfectly neat. I decided to make the stems look more like a charcoal stretch. Being a little messy was much easier.
Here is my finished top, I love the bright red. I hope you are having a cheerful day where you are.

Men's sweatshirt to kid's shorts
My hubby gave me his sweatshirt that have shrunk in the wash. Waste not want not! I refashioned one of them into a pair of shorts for my boy. I also refashioned a cotton curtain material into a pair of shorts for my girl:
