This time I had a poncho made of cotton knit fabric and training pants in a black cotton fabric.

I cut the pants and sewed it together as a skirt. I used the waisteband with elastics and a tie band as well in the middle. Then I mad the top and used leftover fabric from the pants to make the arm and neckline.

Very nice colors, and very nice refashion! I like this because it can be layered with a long sleeved shirt and leggings/tights underneath for cold weather, but I can see this transitioning through spring and fall as well!
I love how this turned out! And I can imagine it'd be very flattering with the print on top and solid black below. Fantastic!
