Nineties Mom-suit into Romper

So my mom let me take this home from her closet- she hadn't worn it since I've been in high school many, many years ago. It's a one piece garment with really light breezy fabric- rayon I think (weren't all Nineties clothes rayon?) All I did was cut the pants into shorts and take off the fabric belt.
