I have a confession to make. This refashion is almost too easy and basic. I debated with myself whether to include it at Refashion Co-op. What I do value in this ultra simple refashion is how one small piece of bright vintage ric rac can transform the plainest of tees. So.....I am going to throw it out to the Refashion Co-Op community and let you be the judge.
