Vintage Dress Revival
This vintage, handmade dress came home with me from a clothes swap last year. It fit perfectly, but clearly, it did not flatter.

Much cuter now. The original collar was a bit much. :)
I love how a belt can make an outfit so much better! Great refashion -- definitely more wearable.
