I cut open the inseam and resewed front edge to front edge and back edge to back edge. Then I trimmed off the legs and gave it a new hem. Easy peasy!

Denim Pencil Skirt
I went back to basics this weekend with a simple pants-to-skirt transformation, starting with these too-short dark denim Express trousers.
I cut open the inseam and resewed front edge to front edge and back edge to back edge. Then I trimmed off the legs and gave it a new hem. Easy peasy!
