Saved by the zipper

When we go camping I usually cook over an open fire. Flying ambers burned several holes in one of my favoured jumpers. Invisible mending did not work since the holes were sizeable. I found a few very short zippers in my stash which I hand stitched over the damage. So the jumper can still be worn on our next trip to the outback!
