The T-shirt Dress

Hello Refashion Co-op. I saw a video on Facebook recently with some simple refashion ideas. You can see it here. One idea was to use a big basic T-shirt as a dress.

I used this plain T-shirt. It needs to be big and baggy to be large enough as a dress. It is kind of, blah the way it is now.

You use the neck as the top of the strapless dress. Then tuck the sleeves in and they become large pockets. (Stitch the sleeves closed so you can use them as pockets to hold your phone and such.

 I loved the giant pockets. A belt makes the dress fit better. I didn't like the tight fit around my chest. I felt a little overexposed.

I covered up with a vest and felt a little more comfortable.
