Hi all

Firstly I will apologise for my lack of refashions lately. I have been ultra busy with work, Christmas, getting a new cat and also the boyfriend moved in! It has been a hectic few months!

I realised I had let my refashioning slip when it hit February and I found myself sat watching TV bored one evening, and I thought 'what can I do to fill this time?' and I remembered my refashioning!

I thought I would ease back into it easily with some shoe repairs. I have done this to several pairs now but I have just made the one post. Hopefully you enjoy it, and I promise to make a new refashion this weekend (that is more exciting!!)

Hi all!
Sorry it's been a while since my last post. I was waiting for the boyf to upload all his photos online from our holiday so I could show you the 'after' refashions!

Here we have a small, cosy jumper, that I edited with some leftover fabric and made wearable for the plane journey. I played around with many ideas, but ended up just going with a chop at the bottom of the jumper, and having a little two-tone effect.

 This was my final product! Hope you like it!

Another refashion for the boyf! I took this charity shop t-shirt (which I may have worn as a pyjama top for a few nights before deciding what to do with it) and tied and dyed it.

I think it looks pretty cool (no he's not passed out, he was just sleepy!)

I don't always refashion clothing. This time I sorted out an old sunhat of mine!

Voila! Using some old material from another refashion I was able to make this hat a matching accessory!

Another refashion from the wardrobe of NikolaLuigi!

A jumpsuit which was a bit too much to handle which was transformed into a cute little dress, for evening wear or casual daytime strolling. Love it!

I am back from holiday!

Another dye number from NikolaLuigi at Refashioning!!
I took a bland monochrome number and shoved some dye onto it. It went darker/brighter than I wanted it to, but I was pleased with the result.

Hi everyone! Hope you had a good weekend.

Mine was brilliant. My friend Beth is getting married, so I made a little dress to wear for her Hen Do!

I really like this dress. I used the sleeves from a refashion a couple of weeks ago, and a little black top that I wasn't keen on the length of the sleeves and voila! Perfection!

Hello again!
Another dyed number from me today!

I took an old, faded, gross playsuit pyjama thing and spun it in a dye bath, chopped it's bottom off (ooo I say!) and voila, a cute new top!

Hola! It's been a while since my last post. There was a time when I posted on here daily. But I did have a backlog of refashions so that would be why. If you check out my blog you shall see why I am lacking on the refashion front (upcoming holiday preparation).

This ensemble has been causing me a headache for a while. I have posted it to as many refashion groups as I can find, for inspiration and ideas.

I wanted to use it for something, because I like the pattern, so I figured a no sew halter neck would be a fab idea!

Another simple refashion from the likes of Nikola Luigi! Check out this sweet little ruffley dress that benefited hugely from an addition of a sleeve.

A simple yet fabulous new number from the refashion wardrobe! I didn't like the sleeves on an old black top, and I didn't like the shape on a stripey top, so I swapped the sleeves and voila!!

More dying from NikolaLuigi! This one didn't go quite as planned as the top ended up being polyester based, rather than cotton (the label is completely faded so you can't see it!!)
But I actually ended up really liking the faint difference.

Love a bit of gingham check, so "check" (oh the puns keep coming) out my latest refash involving a dress, some dye, and a bit of magic!!!

Dye is my best friend! Turning worn out, old, overworn outfits into fabulous new pieces.

I gave this old white top a new lease of life by putting it into a dye bath with some knots in it.
