Blue Wings Top

This was a Summer favorite of mine. I have a thing for "old lady" dresses... I just can't help myself :)

This still had the retail tag on it, and I purchased it for only .99 cents!

Chop!

I played with the bottom skirt fabric... made some errors.. then ended up with this:

I got so many compliments on it and minus my little mistake, it was just a few seams.
