I made this dress a few years ago. The bodice was illfitting, and several attempts to cure it didn't work.
I finally accepted, that it was a lost cause.

I cut off the bodice and made the dress skirt a skirt. I put a zipper in back.
Simple refashion, simple skirt that fits me well.
