No More Tiers

This was a daunting project that took me over a year to get started on...but looking back over what I did, it was really pretty simple!

I started with this 3-tiered dress. I didn't like the way the skirt ruffles fell, and I also felt it was too short for comfort.

Before

By detaching the two bottom tiers, sewing all three of them end to end, and then reattaching them to the liner, I was able to get a fuller, longer skirt that was much more to my liking.
