Twisted dress

This dress was purchased from H&M a while back, I wanted to try to do something different with it ( also the dress looks blue for some odd reason when it is actually black lol). Check out my blog also, for more DIYs.

This was my inspiration

DIY Shoe Refashion

Neon pumps are a hot trend right now, so I refashioned these pumps/wedges that I didn't wear anymore. I got the acrylic paint from Wal-Mart for $0.75, and used tape for the clean lines.

Infinity dress for $1.75

Hi guys, New dress time!
This dress I made from thrift store fabric, the yellow was .99 and the green was .75 and I used some leftover fabric from these leggings. It is the ever popular infinity dress that you've seen on Avon and HSN. It only take four pieces to make!!

You would usually see this dress in one solid color, but I wanted to do something different with color-block.

Dress inspired by Cosmo Cover

This dress was inspired by the dress supermodel Hiedi Klum wore on the cover of the May 2010 issue of Cosmo.
To make this dress I used a XL t-shirt and a pair of old tights

Dress made from leggings!

For this dress, I used an old top my mom gave me and a pair of old leggings
It took me about an hour to make, it's sooo cute. I think it's my favorite one I've made so far

The $6 Dress..

The other day I went thrifting with a goal in mind. I wanted to find a vintage denim jacket, but because the sky was blue that day, I didn't have any luck with that. But I did find this very pretty floral dress.
When I saw the dress, I immediately thought, "this dress would be good material to make some leggings with". It had a cute design/pattern and it was very stretchy. I got for $6.
After I took it home, washed it, and tried it on I thought "this actually doesn't look too bad". Then as I was sliding the dress down to take it off, I was looking in the mirror and it made the cutest maxi skirt.
Then I pinned the bottom portion up and it made an even cuter bubble mini skirt. I was having to much fun lol. So I started playing around with it and came up with so many different ways to wear it.

In the jungle

Since I had such wonderful feefback on my red dress, I wanted to share this other refashion that I made.
This was a tribal print dress that I bought at a thrift store, it cost me about $5 or $6 and I absolutely loved the print on this dress. By cutting off the top and the bottom to make the legs, I turned this dress into a cute jumpsuit. Visit my blog http://nichellenotmichelle.blogspot.com for more pictures and to see how I did it.

The Girl in the Red Dress

This is my very first post on here
Wish me Luck!
Sorry you can't see my face, I really didn't feel like putting on any make-up

This was the before

The awesome thing is that I still have soo much extra unused fabric to make a skirt or something

This dress was given to me by my mother, who found it in the UnderWorld aka her closet
This dress was waaay to old for her and definitely to old for me, so I refashioned it and made it more my style

You can see more pics and how I did it on my blog http://nichellenotmichelle.blogspot.com/
