DIY Off the shoulder top

 How to DIY an off the shoulder top with a cinched waist out of an old tee shirt 

See the tie at the bottom? Very easy... I will show you how.

This is what I started with, nothing special.

And this is what I ended up with. Also nothing special but a little better.
