Hello Refashion Co-op. I am working on a pile of pink clothes I have had in the refashion pile. I really liked the pale pink of these jeans and this sheer top. The top fit but I couldn't wear it until I had a coordinating shirt to wear under it. Why are see-thru clothes even made, I can't wear it by itself, I have to have a second item of clothing. Is this a sales trick to make women buy even more clothes?
I made the jeans into skinny jeans and then I distressed them.
I also moved the pockets up a little higher. They seemed extra low and I wanted them on my backside not my upper thighs. I just unpicked the stitches and then stitched over the stitch marks in the new location.
I cut the sleeves off this t-shirt and stitched the edges under. It made a tank top with a higher neck than I could have found at a store.
Here is how all these items came together. I was really liking all this pink.

See-through tops are a little bit of a racket, but you really made this one work for you! That is a great outfit!
I really like the sheer tops in the summer with a camisole or tank underneath. I like the tank you made, it looks a little more covered up which is nice both for wearing it by itself and feeling more comfortable in this sheer top.
The pants look GREAT!
Thanks for the comments. I appreciate it.
