Those sleeves I think were what did it in... The collar was great and decided to work around it. I chopped off the sleeves, fixed the collar to not have it fray everywhere, and took it in some. Here is my final result, I paired it with a fabulous pencil skirt that really made it zing!
Very happy with the outcome, but it still doesn't help me with my cold weather dilemma for my move. Ah well at least it is pretty!
