Polka dot and ruffles!!!

Another one of those mom dresses! I just could not put it down tho b/c of those polka dots. I just love polka dots. I can't say no...

I turned it into this

I took in the sides of the dress and cut off the length. Then I used the leftover ruffle from this refashion...

and added it to the top of the dress. And I paired it with a red belt for a pop of color. And I love the outcome!!
