Polo to cardigan refashion

I'm a self-proclaimed cardigan addict -- in fact, search #CardiAddict on Instagram and there is me, showing off my various cardigans on the daily.

I put together this polo to cardigan refashion when I first started refashioning and it's still one of my favorites. 

I started with this:

And turned it into this!
