Easy Vest from an Old Style Blouse

I picked up this old style blouse at a thrift shop recently. I loved the lavender colour in the print.

I wanted to just cut the sleeves off and straighten out the bottom and re-hem it so it was even. When I tried it on, I loved it as a vest.
