This refashion is so simple that I wouldn't have posted it except I need everyone's help.
This refashion really doesn't even require description. My huge problem is that I need inspiration for what to do with the ruffle. Thoughts please?

If you have enough material, why not turn the ruffle into pleats, using this tutorial:

If you wouldn't mind doing more with the skirt, turn the bottom ruffle into a peplum:

I tried it and it looks pretty good.

You could use the ruffle to put on a top like this :

I do like the peplum idea, but I also like the idea of using the fabric for some one sleeve ruffle action. I can't wait to see what you decide to do! -Seeks, EOD
Ahh! You guys are great!!! I really appreciate the links! You've given me so many great ideas that I don't know how to choose!
You've been given some great ideas. I have 2 more to add to the mix:
1. Use the ruffle to "modestify" a low cut top by either creating a bib style or using the ruffle along the neckline and up around the neck or the straps or down the middle.
2. Sew along the neckline and along the straps of a wife-beater style tank top to create a dressier top.
