This necklace is dedicated to Sunshine Sue who works at my local thrift store. It is a new store that has recently opened so I enjoy popping in and looking for refashioning potentials. I had picked up a gorgeous little handbag in the store and I was explaining to Sunshine Sue my refashioning vision for it. Sunshine Sue is very sweet and she listens with interest to my weird and wonderful projects.

What a statement piece! I don't think I'd have ever thought to convert a purse to a necklace, but the transition seems much more natural than I expected. :) I hope Sunshine Sue likes it! -Seeks, EOD
