Collar necklaces seem to be all the rage lately. Saw some lovely Peter Pan collar necklaces. Wasn't too sure how to do a Peter Pan collar, but I took a scrap collar from my previous project, added vintage lace and hooked on a necklace from my jewellry box with hooks and eyes. There wasn't a need to use any jewellry tools, just the good old sewing scissors, needle and thread!
