Strapless Dress Fix

 Does anyone else have problems wearing strapless dresses? I always find the cutest strapless dresses but I hate wearing them because they are always slipping down on me. Well, I have the perfect solution!

Grab yourself a tank top of any kind! I happened to love this lace one!

First I put the lace tank top onto my dress form then slipped the strapless dress ontop.

I pinned the two pieces together, and stitched them together on my machine!

A simple but super cute solution to the strapless problem!

I show you super easy step by step sewing tutorial on how to upcycle bed sheet and refashion it into totally new feminin skirts . To sew it you don't need zipper !

 Just elastic for waist and I give you two ways how to sew this elastic waist .

Making Wrap Shorts

 Hello Refashion Co-op. I bought some rally cute fabric recently and wanted to make a pair of wrap shorts. They were so easy to make and I love how they turned out.

They shorts tie in the back and then tie in the front. I like the ties because you an adjust the fit every time you wear them.

Blue Lace Upcycle

 Hello Refashion Co-op. I found this blue eyelet lace dress at a swap and loved the color, but it was too tight. I loved the lace so much! I had to make something. A summer shirt it is!

Before and after.

The bottom of the dress was going to be the body of my new shirt. It was the biggest part of the dress and the prettiest. Win-win!

I had these 2 pieces to make straps. I wanted the flowers in the middle to be the front of my new straps.

 

I played around to get the straps even and stitched them in.
